Wine Passion We’d like to introduce you to our passion for vines and wines. Our estate’s located in the village of Orschwiller central Alsace at 25km north of Colmar and 55km south of Strasbourg, one of the sunniest site of the Rhine valley.
What’s “tarte flambée”?
What’s “tarte flambée” ( or “flammakuecha” in alsacian )? It is a traditional farmer dish, a tiny pie with cream, beacon, and onions heated in a very hot oven.
Very nice with Alsace pinot noir.
